Poker Town not recording Hands Played

Hello again! I can help assist in addressing some of your concerns.

If you cannot HELP with restoring my account with the PROPER compensation then WHY are you answering MY COMPLAINT to the BBB!

EA Help solely will be able to determine your request of: "restoring my account with the PROPER compensation" of " I EXPECT all my coins to be RESTORED, ALL 4000 of them and I EXPECT all those from the WIN WILL BE CREDITED......I will request a refund for my GEMS TOO!"

I have had 1st place in tournament games 4 times and have not received credit for them.  I am on the recieve 2nd place or better challenge.

Thanks for reaching out! Would you mind sharing what specifically is "not registering" or "given any credits" - is it hands, end of game winnings, badge progress, season pass or something else? 

Because Pogo is a browser-based gaming site have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps to see if this resolves the issue?

WHERE IS MY RESOLUTION?  

My progress on all of the Poker Town games have not given me any credits for hands played or won.

My progress on several of the poker town games do not register. Frustrating!

I purchased Gem to use them for coins and i had 9200 chips and was ONE HAND AWAY from winning the game.  Everything totally froze and I sat there on Table 1  for 15 minutes and play of that last hand NEVER resumed.  According to the chat the only other person on the table had left.  I EXPECT all my coins to be RESTORED, ALL 4000 of them and I EXPECT all those from the WIN WILL BE CREDITED.  THIS IS TOTAL POGO BS!  I will request a refund for my GEMS TOO!
