Poppit Party Instant Prize goal not working

In Poppit Party, the goal is to use Instant Prize 33 times.  I got to 12, used it again and it stayed at 12.  Used it again and it dropped to 11.  Next use, it went to 12, stayed at 12, then went to 13.  When I restarted the game, it was back at 11.  Please fix this problem!

    Thank you for letting us know about this, would you mind going through the steps below to see if we can get this resolved?

    • Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load. 
    • If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe and have helped many people. 
    • If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD, can you share your browser information from thePogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

  • I think I might have found where part of the problem is.  The error of not getting credit for using the Power-Up and sometimes loosing credit towards the Goal seems to happen when I use the Undo button.  If I use the Power-Up, Undo the use, then use it again, it doesn't seem to give me credit for using it.

    In your response to my problem, you asked me to "go through the steps below", but you did not list any steps that apply to this issue.

    @BikingJoJo I was referring to the first 2 bulletins of allowing the game to fully load, and try and if not to troubleshoot the browser being used, and then testing the game.

    Can you see if after doing these if the information you found out above still happens?
  • You are giving me general answers that have nothing to do with the problem I sent you.  The game loads just fine.  I play the complete game with no problems.  The game ends just fine.  After the game is over, the use of the Power-Up is not recorded. Please either look into this specific problem or stop responding to this issue with stuff that has not bearing on the issue.

    @dianwin9jj , After reading your post, I went to the Poppit Party game and tried to play. The game loaded for me and I was able to play a complete game until I ran out of moves.

    There are 2 suggestions I have that might help. First, in order to start the game you have to click on the screen anywhere before you can play. In this case the game has loaded but game play can't start until the player clicks on the game screen. You may already know this.

    Second, one common cause of games failing to load at Pogo is that the cache (memory) of the browser becomes full or nearly full, and the browser needs more space to store new information to continue. When then happens the browser stops where the game fails to load fully, the game freezes or the screen goes white or black. If you have not cleared your browser's cache recently, I recommend that to see if that helps. If you are not sure how to do this, click on the link below for a post that gives guidance on how to clear own's browser cache.
