Quinn's aquarium not giving credit

I "bought" a pufferfish in the deadly creatures room and it took my sand dollars and froze.  I can't even play in that room at all.  It just shows the room but with no clickable icons.  I can play in other rooms for bonus credit, just not in the deadly creatures room.
