Merge Academy - Won't save progress

same here, the game has started me over 3 times. I am done trying at this point..........

I have now played 6 times and it has reset all 6 times to no avail.  Also, it is now charging me for when it's time to get the items at the 12 hour mark.  When I logged on to get my items, it started processing them as though I was buying it and my energy was gone.  What is going on with this game?

I have been having the same issue. Don't they test these games before launching them?

I have a save that lasts for a few minutes, but then it resets to 100 energy units and all the tiles I have cleared or orders that I have filled are back to what they were when I started!

I am having the sameproblem

I had been able earlier in the day to buy more energy for the mini game.  I just saw that I have now lost at least 200 gems and quite possibly 400 due to the glitches in Merge Academy not saving progress.  I'm a little unhappy at losing expensive gems because the game is not working properly.

I am having the same issue.  I have spent gems to purchase more energy, and it is wasted because everything seems to reset.  If there is a way to go back and credit my gems it would be appreciated.
