    Hi,
Sorry for butting in, but I have been waiting a couple of weeks now for a response on Jungle Gin. I am on windows 11 and i am having the same issues as the other players. The strange thing is that it works like maybe 1 time out of 10 or 15 times trying to play. I also have been a paying member for 15+ years and Gin is one of the main reasons I pay.  I know you all are busy but i have never seen it take so long to fix an issue or to at least get a response!
    Thanks,
    Spud

Thanks for reaching out. This is a very interesting situation, and I understand your frustration/confusion and please be assured you will play Jungle Gin again and some are even playing as I post this.

"i have never seen it take so long to fix an issue or to at least get a response!"

Unfortunately, the delay is due to Lack of player diagnostic information and a Technological Shift.

Our community plays on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops using various browsers configured differently. Without specific technical details, the team cannot identify patterns to fix issues quickly.

Players are posting "fix it", "me too", "not working", etc. The frustration is understandable and valid - However, this is not exactly how you want to report a technical problem, specifics are what they need and what they are asking for.

Technological Shift and The Information Gap created a perfect storm

    • The end of Windows 10 support affecting devices
    • Windows and Apple deploying numerous patches and upgrades to their devices
    • Players posting difficulties without diagnostic information

I have a few Windows 11 devices and the system and browser updates over the last month and even this week have been unbelievable -it's a flurry and there will be more on 11-11-2025 😲

    🖥️ Windows 11 Updates (October–November 2025)

    🌐 Microsoft Edge Updates

    • Frequent Stable Channel Releases
    • Edge has seen multiple updates in late October and early November, including versions 142.0.3595. 53, .58, and .65, each bringing security patches and Chromium engine updates.
    • These updates often require restarts, especially when tied to system-level changes or security enhancements.

If you click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner:

    • Select Help & Feedback
    • then select About Microsoft Edge,
    • this is a shortcut to updating our browser - I had 3 this week alone

"The strange thing is that it works like maybe 1 time out of 10 or 15 times trying to play."

Yes! Because our devices keep updating. Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, and keeping our devices updated is crucial for a smooth experience. This is why players will commonly hear "clear your cookies & cache and check for browser and system updates". This is akin to clearing out the old and bringing in the new - so our devices have a clear path to speak with Pogo servers. Each game is designed differently and leaves their own individual stored data in your browser cache. Updates can conflict with outdated cached files, causing glitches or failed loads.

I hope this helps with understanding and thank you for taking the time to reach out. Watch for those updates and kindly know patience and understanding is valued.

I feel the same way I have been a member for many years now and the only game I play is Jungle Gin I pay 40 dollars a year to play this one game with my sister every Friday evening and on Sunday afternoons this is the only time I use pogo and now we can't play because it won't load a human player and if this issue is not corrected I will not renew my subscription.
