i have the same problem CARD GETS STUCK AM UNABLE TO FINISH THE GAME  I AM PLAYING ON A PC

I'm not including a screenshot because I can't imagine how it would be helpful. What is happening for me is when a "Free Cell" card is clicked on the card underneath is visible but does not act as part of the game. You can click the card beneath it. It has disrupted many games already - please fix!

I'm having this problem, too.  I just noticed it today because of the challenge; I haven't played it in quite a while.

What I did:

• played the game normally at first
• clicked on cards bottom right to deal more cards out
• tried to drag a card that was just dealt

What I expected:

• the card to highlight and move

What actually happened:

• the card above it was highlighted instead
• I tried moving other cards and could move the card above the dead one and place cards on it, too, though they would disappear behind the dead one.
• Generally, it's as if the software has completely forgotten there's a card there except the picture remains.

Other things you should know:

• I tried the same game twice; in both cases, dead cards appeared after immediately or soon after dealing more cards onto the initial set.
• Taking a screenshot wouldn't help because you can't tell a card is dead from that, in most cases.
• I have not found a workaround.
• I'm on a Mac Pro running MacOS 10.14.6
• I'm using Firefox 82.0.2 (64-bit).

Hey there, everyone.

There were some updates pushed out with today's maintenance, including a fix for this issue. Can you give the game a few runs again to see if the dead card no longer sticks around?

Still happened today so not fixed.

Same here.  This has been going on for a while with no resolution.  This is the main game that I play and it's frustrating to get almost to the end of the game and not be able to finish.  

i have had a stuck card for several games   getting frustrating   even getting out of chrome and back in is no solution

It happens to me a lot

Mine was doing the same thing, then I noticed the game was on "HARD" instead of normal. I must have hit that by mistake but it seems to be working ok now

this happens every time i play.  this is my favorite game, please fix this!?!

Game says I am not connected to internet and kicks me off.  this goes on for several minutes. Please advise! Thanks

But hey, don't sweat it! There could be a few tricks to try and shake things up. First off, have you checked if your game and device are up to date? Sometimes a quick update can work wonders! If that doesn't do the trick, maybe giving your device a little break and restarting could jolt it back into action.
