Laptop user on Chrome here. Ive posted, liked and replied everywhere I can find about the problems with Merge Academy. I would love to "Contact You", but you make that impossible as well. It seems you would have to be a computer genius to actually get through to someone from EA. Y'all have ruined Pogo since day 1 with your "upgrades" to Canasta. Now Merge Academy has become a total joke. We all pay you a stupid amount of money. Do your job

Hopefully we will see an upgrade to Canasta very soon! Its last redesign came during a major shift in web technology, as Java and Flash were phased out of web browsers worldwide. As technology continues to advance, essential improvements like responsive design, mobile optimization, modern HTML5/CSS standards, stronger security, accessibility, accelerated performance, newer browser support, and emerging AI‑driven features shape greatly how modern technology evolves. Improvements or evolution in Canasta are not just likely but inevitable.

To clarify for all readers: Electronic Arts has owned Pogo for over 25 years, Pogo has always been a free browser-based gaming site with the option to purchase a Club Pogo Membership, there are currently monthly, quarterly, annual plans and of course the option to play for free on most games. Pogo is one of the longest‑running browser‑based gaming sites in the world, with a long history of community and shared enjoyment that has connected players across generations.

I've lost crystals, too, for no apparent reason--I really would like to get them back but I cannot figure out how to report the issue.
