Scrabble: Lagging and Loading Issues

Same thing happens every few months. Usually once enough people complain for about a week they fix it and it works well again until the next time...

Pogo should not have the rights to Scrabble! You cannot keep it running properly and when we report an issue you either do nothing or it takes a week to fix. 

I am having the same problem. I cannot understand why this is happening so often. I too am cosidering cancelling my subscription. I really enjoy scrabble and I would love for it to be fixed so we so not continue to have these problems!ni

Please fix the issues with Scrabble. It is freezing, lagging, and not connecting. This is a paid service. It has been happening for several days now. I will consider canceling my subscirption if games cannot be maintianed. 

I'm beginning to think no one actually works for POGO.   I enjoy playing but this problem happens with scrabble all too often.  It's infuriating and it takes them a long long time to actually fix the problem.  I hit play on my word and the screen doesn't move.  It takes at least 30 seconds or more to actually play a word.  There are times when I hit play and absolutely nothing happens and after a minute or so I'm forced to forfeit the game.

Me as well, Scrabble keeps bugging out. 

Scrabble is taking too long to validate words. Usually, it takes a second or two to validate words, but it's taking 20 seconds or longer most times.  This is happening on both a laptop using Firefox or an iPad.  This has happened previously and I believe Tech Support has resolved the issue, but it keeps happening every couple of weeks.  When the issue starts, you see a slower word validation by a few seconds.  The next day, word validation takes a few seconds longer, and the next day another few seconds longer, etc.  This is a recurring issue with this game.  Please fix the game.  

I gave it up too. Been doing this about a week but today was just unplayable.

Yep it's so slow... it's been lagging for several days but today it's unbearable, I can't play 😡

Same for me. It is very frustrating. It takes forever to play one game. I put down a word and I have to wait a long time before "play" button" turns green.
