Secret Word Gardens: Ink Not Refilling

Since the launch of the new game a large number of players do not have the timer or ink claim option so have never been given any additional ink, other than the original ink given with the game launch. Pogo has challenges, both daily and launch, where 2,000 pogis are available to be won, however without any ink we are unable to play the game.

Some members have repeatedly mentioned this to EA since the launch of the game ... I am ONE of them......Thanks for doing the screenshot...I did not know how to do that....No ink, No Timer, No Help......

  With as long as this game has been available now I wonder if Pogo is doing anything because I haven't been able to find one comment from them acknowledging the issue.

I also have this issue. My wife and daughter are getting the "claim ink" option. I have to use gems to buy more ink in order to play.

"Ink" not refilling. It is stuck at a quarter of the way and at number "40" for days now. I lost the daily challenge because I ran out of ink and it would not refill. Even after several hours and the challenge expired. OF COURSE, it will refill probably just fine if I buy the energy with gems, which I refuse to do.

  I'm stuck on 40. I selected 90 ink on one of the awards and then it got stuck on 40 and now will not replenish. Why on earth would they award 90 and leave you with 40 after you play one game when it takes 50 to play the game. Another mess up on Pogo.
