Site broken
I'm not sure what the problem is but almost every game won't work. It loads and then goes to that grey page. I'm so frustrated cuz I play everyday .. for several hours each day. Please fix.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! Let's try a few steps to see if we can fix it:
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance. Check your Device for updates, Check for Browser Updates .
Clear your Cache/Cookies
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or slow to load.
Additionally, check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 or higher.
Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not).
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
