Solitaire Home Story - Loading Issues

It has been a week and I still can not load Solitaire Home Story. It is the only game with issues. There are several challenges for this game. The new set has it as number 2, so can’t go forward to other game challenges. I have read comments and I am not the only one with these issues. Added the screen shot. I have tried opening this game on different systems and each failed. Any updates?

If you're still experiencing loading issues after closing other programs and tabs, clearing your browser cache and cookies, and disabling pop-up blockers, it would be helpful to have more information to better understand what might be happening for you.

Please describe in your own words what is happening when you try to play Solitaire Home Story, and please also attach a DxDiag (Windows) / System Info (Mac) using these steps:

Hi Player_2q0jv8ta,

Sorry to hear that happened. Is it happening everytime you load into a game in SHS? Does it happen in any other game? Could you pop up a screenshot of what you're seeing when it happens?

Could you also share if you've tried any troubleshooting steps yet?

The real problem is we will be missing out on our badges because Solitaire Home Story will not load which is not fair to us I am upset about this I have tried everything and it still won’t load after doing everything that was suggested please help

The problem is on your ended it says webpage crashed every time it doesn’t load this is the second time! Same thing happened in October both times I bought the pass for 150 gems and have emailed live chatted and nobody is helping it’s really sad.

Hi folks,

I'll close this thread as it's been some time since there was a new report shared. I hope this means the loading issues were resolved after trying the steps pinned to the top of this thread, and you are back enjoying the game again.
