Solitaire Home Story won't load

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
• Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
• Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

• Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
• Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

unfortunately, none of that worked. If I log out and play the free version, the game works perfectly. The issue only happens when I log in to my paid account. The issue is in the account, not the computer.

The problem still exist, please help. And now there are badges in Pogo's newest 53 badge spectacular.

I am having the same problem with my Solitaire Home Story game not loading.  I have contacted EA chat several times, and each time I'm told that it "may take some time" to resolve the issue.  It isn't my computer since I've gone through all the recommended technical steps.  My husband can log into the game fine on his computer, so I tried logging in under my screen name on his desktop, but the game still won't load.  I downloaded the app and even tried to get into it using my phone, but nothing.  When I click on the game, it looks like it's trying to load, so I wait.  When I click the pogo home icon, it asks me if I want to quit the game and give up my progress.  What progress?!  I never got into the game!  I had been working fine, then one day I started having the issue.  All other games work fine.

Now I see a message on my issue page that says NO FIX AVAILABLE?!!

I have not been able to down load Home story for 3 weeks. I wrote them and nothing. Same old same old. Try this and that. It is not on my end POGO. It has to do with you. I really would like it taken care of so I can continue playing. If this continues I might as well end playing on pogo, I don't know what has happened to you all, but it sure has changed the way things are handled. Thank you

I have the same issue with Solitaire Home Story not loading. My screen name is Slabook. I tried on 3 different Windows 11 computers, an Ipad, and an android phone. I tried signing out of my account and the game will load in the free play game mode but not in my screen name so it is not my computer or any of my devices.

Please ask your technicians to look into this issue as many others are having the same problem.

I too am having the same problem.  Although I have not tried the free sign in route.

Five days ago the game Solitaire Home Story would no longer load.  It stopped at the end of one round.  I tried all the recommended things, like clearing cache, rebooting system, different browser, etc.

I've chatted with technical support twice ... I've emailed them ... etc.

However, my computer or browser simply cannot be the issue.  I am running at 33 mbps average speed.  I don't have multiple things running at one time.  I am not having any problem with any other games.  Not having a problem with other sites like google mail, amazon, etc.  And yet, when I click on Solitaire Home Story, the picture of the house comes up immediately, and the load "bar" fills until full, and then it just keeps doing the one, two, three dots over and over and never starts the game.

Obviously I would like the game to work, but just as importantly I would like to hear back, as far as what is being doing to find the problem and fix it.

Could it be as simple as they have not installed any further levels?  Mine ended sometime shortly after installing the shelf in the laundry room for the laundry soaps.

I cannot get Solitaire Home Story to load.   It just stays on zero and wont move on loading bar!
