Solitaire Home Story Wont Load

I have been having issues with Solitaire Home Story for over 6 months now. I can't get past Chapter 3 Give Kate a tour and I have over 600 stars I should be able to finish a bunch of Chapters by now....

I. Cannot play to as frown face. Can never complete a badge with that game real frustrating.
