I’m really sorry you’ve been unable to play various games, I know how frustrating that can be to endure, especially when you’re paying for a service you want to enjoy it! The good news is that issues like games not opening are generally caused by something on the device or browser rather than the games themselves, currently I am able to access all the games on the Pogo website.

If you continue to experience issues, please reply back with the type of device you are utilizing (laptop, computer, phone, tablet) and which browser you are using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc. for additional troubleshooting suggestions.
