Stuck on Level 1 in Merge Academy

Question

I am stuck on level 1 of Merge Academy. It says that there is something new to click on, but there is nothing there and it won't let me advance. I have tired playing in Chrome and Firefox. I have tried emptying my browser, but nothing works.
