Why is it that when you try to report a technical issue, you are just sent around in circles to the same article that does not solve the issue?

If you are utilizing the EA Help Pogo Support page and selecting Report a Bug it will send you back here. To speak with someone, scroll down to the bottom of the page on EA Help and select Contact Us to open a case and start speaking with an EA Help representative.
