Tile Hero Not Working - July 2026

I have had zero lives for going on a week. I've reported it twice with no response. I even followed their directions and sent all the information with nothing. I am so frustrated.

I have been playing Tile hero every day. It takes a while to get through if you don't add any extras, but it is fun. You just need to find three like objects and use your intuition. I play until it tells me I ran out of time and then play again later in the day or the next day. 

Anyone else having trouble with Tile Hero. It wants me to click on something, but I don't have any stars to do the job. It doesn't get off that screen so you can play.

I have had this exact same problem for a couple of weeks now. 

My game in Tile Hero is frozen. I see another challenge which I am unable to play. How can I get my game so its not frozen.? 

I had completed many chapters and really enjoyed this game. However, 2 or 3 days ago I was going to start to play, but it had thrown me back to the very beginning and told me where to click (the brick wall), and how to go back (the arrow), no stars, and "complete chapter 17", but I COULDN'T CLICK ON ANYTHING. That's bad enough, but to lose all of the progress I've made and all the hours I've spent playing this game. I'm very disappointed. Please help me!  

Having the same issue still.I have a badge to get plus it is in the 18 you have to get.Can you please fix? When you do i am sure you will do the right thing by your Pogo Players  Thank you

tile hero wont load its stuck its not my pc . cleared cache re booted  this is a new pc . others are having the same problem, this is another challenge i cant do its so annoying 😡

Im also having the same issue with the star.  I cant do anything cuz i need a star and dont have any.

Mine hasn’t been working for days same problem I have a second user name and that one plays perfectly it’s very frustrating
