Tile Hero Not Working - September 2026 (Update)

Same thing here for me. Started yesterday evening. I have not received my bonuses not my wins. Its like they don't want you to finish their bingo jam but want you to play all there games. Very frustrating. Tile Hero seems to be having a lot of issues and you have to wait 30 minutes for lives but if you didn't get ripped out of your bonuses you would be able to keep playing!!

exactly the same thing is happening to me right now.. i'm earning the boosters and coins, but they aren't showing up during gameplay, and some of the lvls are almost impossible to complete without a booster, just have to keep trying and hopefully get lucky.

I looked up how to report a bug, and found a v comprehensive list of all the info i would need to supply once i get to report it, but i cannot get to the page where i actually use all this information, so am more than a little frustrated by the whole process!

This is pitiful. I am missing out on a ton of badges for Tile Hero and Mahjong Sanctuary. Not even going to mention the Bingo Jam. I can't complete first card because of these two games that do NOT work!!!!

Same. On chapter 13 and now back to one, cannot regenerate any new lives and now there’s some pinata and some other ad thing going on. I think they tried to add crap ads to a nice game and now can’t figure out how to go back?

Same here, day after day after day. Why do thy keep coming up with new games to finish challenge get when they constantly have problems that cause you to forfeit your progress to finish challenges? So very frustrating. I'm experiencing problems with 3 separate games today, including Tile Hero!!!

THIS GAME IS A MESS TO SAY THE LEAST!!!  I AM ON GAME 431 AND WHEN I SIGNED IN THE NEXT DAY, IT HAD TAKEN ME BACK TO GAME 1 AND WILL NOT REGENERATE I AM NOT GOINGTO SPEND ANY MORE MONEY ON IT, I AM THROUGH.  GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

After playing all the available lives, I chose to renew lives by spending the coins won in previous games. It says the purchase failed, but then starts another game right away. At the end of the game, it is out of lives again when there should've been at least 4 more. This has happened to me at least twice where I keep losing my coins and not getting the right amount of lives. I hope you can load more back to cover what I lost. Thanks

Everytime I come one here to play there is at least 2 issues with the games I play! So I totally understand ginge895. I started playing Hero Tiles more then a month ago and really enjot it.."Until" it started having non stop problems! At this point I was up to a level that is no longer appearing it started all over from square one.....all the work to have it all disappear? I am a member since 2001 and never had to deal with so many technical issues until recently! What is going on??

I agree, this is ridiculous!!!! I have been more than patient. Yes they have no trouble taking our money but we get crappy service in return.  I have missed the badges while this defunct game isn't working. I am real close to cancelling my subscription!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe that POGO/EA can't even show us the courtesy of a response regarding most of us not being able to get the BADGES WE PAY FOR because the games are broken.  They sure know how to keep us updated on when our subscription payment is due.  What are we paying for??? We can't get badges.
