TILE HERO PROBLEM

I haven't complained until now about Tile Hero but I'm now tired of not receiving the credits that I should have been given. It's the game where you win 800 tokens when you win on the first try. Well so far I've done just that at least 3 times but the counter never moves from 5 of 10!!  I spend a lot of money for tokens to play Pogo! And I won't even go into what happened on Viola's story!! I lost so much of my money buying tokens that I quit playing for over a month!!!  I pay my money so please just give me what I win!!!!
