Tutorial Stuck on Level 12: Mahjong Safari

Question

Hello...I am working on a weekly badge for Mahjong Safari. However, I am unable to continue on level 12 because the tutorial gets stuck once I clear the first set of tiles and wants to repeat.&nbsp; I have reset my PC laptop several times and this has not resolved the issue.&nbsp; I do not have any trouble playing other POGO games. I have tried to reset the tutorials as well to no avail. I wish there was a way or that I knew a way to turn off the tutorials as I do not need them.&nbsp; Thank you...

Same issue and I have tried my computer, cell phone and my iPad all with no luck. I contacted support and was given a list of things to do and a sorry that didn't work.

I also am having the same problem in Sanctuary ... stuck on Level 12 because The Detective is stuck and won't load so I cannot continue with this game. Under a different account which I had for years Sanctuary was my favorite of all the games offered. Now I cannot play it and I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE LACK OF EA HELP which is negligible. Why pay for Pogo if we cannot play the games we lile?
