Account wrongfully moved to Isolated Server due to Mayor's Wheel Reward Glitch

I am writing to provide a comprehensive description of the situation regarding my account, which was recently moved to the restricted server. I have been a loyal player of SimCity BuildIt for a long time and deeply value the game’s integrity, so I was quite anxious to find my city isolated due to a technical anomaly.
The issue specifically occurred on January 22nd
The issue occurred while I was interacting with the official in-game feature, the "Mayor's Wheel" (Royal Blimp event). During my play, the wheel appeared to experience a severe technical malfunction, resulting in a nearly 100% win rate for the highest rewards. Consequently, my SimCash balance surged from approximately 1,100 to 250,000 in a very short period. At the very beginning of this incident, before I fully realized that this reward frequency was a system-wide glitch, I used approximately 10,000 SimCash to upgrade several Hot Spots in my city. However, as soon as I suspected the situation was abnormal, I immediately stopped all spending and have not touched the remaining balance since then.
I want to emphasize that I have NEVER used any third-party tools, modified APKs, or scripts. This data surge was entirely caused by a glitch within the game's official mechanics. I kindly request a manual audit of my transaction logs, which will show that the SimCash inflow aligns perfectly with the Mayor's Wheel event. I am fully prepared and willing to have the excess SimCash removed or have my account rolled back to its state prior to this glitch, as long as my city can be restored to the normal server and rejoin my club.
