I have been having problems with the Shopify advert. No X appears and the only way to end it is to close the game and lose the reward.

Cargo required and not available
So I have the required cargo in my depot for transport, however, when I do the challenge to transport the cargo does not appear so I cannot complete the challenge. Has anyone experienced this?
