Same problem with me .As i saw ,here is already couple members with same issue ,but there is no help from EA service .What is simmilarity with us ?All of us are in Android 10 ,but I am not sure ,have we app on device or on SD card ?My is transferred on SD card ,I have to do it ,this App now takes more then 3 GB .I hope that someone from Support will read this .
That’s very interesting that Android is also having the problem. It seemed to be only iOS and in particular iPad users. This has been going on for months
