Lost 90% of population without any reason
As it says in the title, I lost 90% of my city’s population in the span of 5 minutes even while having the service capacity. From 150000 down to 15000 and the population is now stuck at that number.

I have the same problem. I’m very angry with this. I won’t play anymore. Probably I’ll quit. I spent a lot of time and money for this **bleep**. 😡😡😡
I lost basically all my city and I can’t recover.
We need an answer. Fix our problem. I have spent real money on my account and countless hours have been invested into the city.
Yeah! Exactly. When I say that I spent a lot of money, it's real money too.
Same issue on my city - not the same impact in population size (yet)
As a first step, please acknowledge this problem to the community, so we know that is it observed and action will be taken. Then get this hot-fixed as soon as possible for all your players before they walk away.
Frustrated .....
Nothing yet... I already tried everything. New power plant, move the builds, remove builds, make new streets, move the plants... nothing work. Probabily if they wont fix it this week I'll give up.
