No Points Showing in SimCity BuildIt Mayor’s Challenge

My assignment points are not showing up in the Mayor’s Challenge. It just keeps showing zero. I can see my points on my board, but not on the Mayor’s Challenge score board. I have left my club, joined another club and it doesn’t show up in there either. I have the latest SCBI version loaded as well as the latest iOS on my Mac mini tablet. HI have removed the app and reloaded the app, restarted my device and that didn’t work. I opened the game on a new device and that doesn’t work. So there’s something obviously wrong within my account. I have put in numerous tickets with EA support and they circle around to this forum. Is there anyone out there that has experienced this that could help me?
