Their updated response, which is NOT true. I showed the screenshot showing my score which was 55,790, but the mayor pass is glitched for me and stuck at that 2000.
EA I understand how the game works, another useless response from the in game support staff. I was not awarded my plumbobs to my mayors pass, there’s some bug which was keeping my plumbobs stuck at 2,000 but the recap showed I earned 55,790. With the last weeks contest closing I can now earn plumbobs but I’m missing the 55,790 plumbobs and countless tiers I should have earned because of this bug.
