UPDATE: EA help finally got me in contact with someone in a live chat who looked over my photos and the forum chat acknowledged that I should have obtained those rewards but still said there is nothing they can do to credit them to my account and no other form or compensation they can offer and then I could no longer respond in the chat.
I will keep opening tickets until I resolve the issue but this is ridiculous EA.
