Paid $2.99 for 100% boost for final week. No difference the amount of pumpkins I am collecting and I can buy it again.

I'm going through the same thing. It doesn't activate. I can buy it again. What is this.
This afternoon i want to buy the 100% saisonal currency boost. Directly after i had paid i have got the message PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ONLINE. As i returned to my game i have got the message that i have bought it but it was not activated. So i cancceled my payment by google and got back my money imediality. But it still appeares as bought without activating. I want to buy again but there is no further option.
