Stuck in Frosty Fiords!

I am stuck in Frosty Fiords. I can move around, click on things, basically everything except leave. The game crashes when I try to go to another region. Reload and it will do it again. This is happening on both my iPad & iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled the game several times on both devices and shut down and restarted both devices several times. This is new and started yesterday morning. Any ideas?
