My primary city that I've worked on for 8+ years and had 4.7 million "residents" and with NO land left for anymore buildings, was practically destroyed with the new service requirements. Fully upgraded, it was impossible for the current buildings to provide enough for the new requirements. And no space to build more. I've already deleted the game app off of my Ipad. I'm done with it and the idiots who screwed it up.
