Do you mean buildings that offer cash for inventory? If so yeah I’ve been doing that but will take me weeks to get enough money together. Each upgrade to services is about 5k at least. I had 3million cash and it soon went when I started to upgrade them . Then it ran out. Services in all regions are red :(

There were not enough of them to restore my Capital and five regions back to their former glory.
