Add mire custom options for the character

No tatoos, no piercings, no colorful hair (just white, brown, blonde and red hair) , basic ahh clothes, no jewellery, no sick colorful neons outside eelside tunnel, no day-night cycle, no weather cycle, no snow anywhere in the map for winter, but we have poorly designed skateparks (looks like an AI made them) and a laggy physic engine who makes some challenges nearly impossible without trying for 3 hours straight (we can't change grind assist or any setting without giving up challenge and start over) , all that for 100 ticks.
