Can't progress

I literally can't progress with the story missions. It won't unlock unless I have 375 points(?) or whatever those things are you get for doing challenges. I have 366 and have done all the available missions. I guess I have to wait 2 hours for them to reset? Or play co-op. I'd rather get mauled by a rabid bear then be forced to play with other people. I'm fine with the open world type stuff with people skating around. I think that's cool, but being forced to party with randos to progress feels awful.
