Dem Bones Basic Pack not providing Skate pass

Really keen for the new season and saw on the store via xbox that the Dem Bones packs provide access to Season 4 & Season 5 skate premium passes. 

However when I purchased the pass I did not get access to the Skate premium pass and have restarted the console, game and still don't have access to the skate pass premium. 

I then went online to see the bundle and saw that is says the latest skate premium pass is not included and only included in the Dem Bones Deluxe pack. 

This really sucks when it says on the store in game S4 + S5 Dem Bones pack. 

I loaded up another xbox account to see if I read it wrong but it clearly says S4 + S5 on both packs.
