Dem Bones pack
I purchased the Dem Bones Bundle Pack for $24.99 on the EA website for Skate because I thought it would work the same way as a previous bundle. Since I already owned part of the content, I expected to be able to upgrade to the Dem Bones Deluxe Pack by paying only the difference instead of the full $49.99.
However, the only option available now is to buy the Deluxe Pack at the full price, even though I already own part of its content.
I would like to request either a refund for the $24.99 bundle so I can purchase the Dem Bones Deluxe Pack, or the option to buy only the remaining content for $24.99, since I already own the other part of the bundle.
I still plan to purchase the Deluxe Pack, but I don't want to pay twice for content I already own.

If you purchase the Deluxe Upgrade while already owning the Dem Bones Pack, you’ll receive an extra 2,500 SVB for the items you already own.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to refund the original purchase from here, but you will not receive duplicate items or pay twice for the same content.
