Finished a mission and now I'm stuck

I finished the missions at Tri Towers, and ever since, I've been unable to start my next mission or progress any further. I don't even get the prompts anymore that tell me my next objective, and when I go to the mission screen, it shows I have three missions that are locked, and I can't do anything to unlock them. I even reinstalled the app and deleted my system save data. Any fix for this?
