[Idea] Custom Player Apartments

Skate. takes pride in it's individuality and expression, but the buck stops at a player's wardrobe and deck. What if skaters could go beyond just their character and show off their sense of style through custom apartments? Not only could this be a great opportunity to bring new props into the game through missions, the Extravert shop, Skate.Pass, product boxes, and events, it could also help build a sense of community and creativity with a ton of new features.

1. Allow players to purchase and expand their very own personalized apartment (with RIP chips or SVB) complete with full customization including furniture, walls, floors, etc.
2. Private mini indoor skatepark which they could create and permanently save with more than 5 quick drop props which could also be expanded based on level or progression.
3. Skaters could make their units private or public, though if public, other skaters could visit your apartment and choose to upvote it if they enjoy what they see. Apartments that receive upvotes would be featured in a spotlight.
4. A new "prop shop" could be added to the open world for skaters to visit to help San Vansterdam feel more lively.
5. Allow players to decorate their apartments with their achievements through plaques and trophies giving skaters the chance to showcase their accomplishments.

Truth be told, players need more to work toward. Added missions and completing dailies only retains players for so long. We need something that feels like our own slice of San Van and that we can build up over time -- keeping us coming back over and over again. Let me hear your thoughts!
