Intro mission loop

Ive been doing this mission until i came upon this one i tried to skip all but goes back but i still let it talk and when it said to view map it goes back to the talking same sentence no difference it wont let me move or anything it just talks goes to the map gets out in a mili second and i cant move anything. Does anyone have a solution?
