Mission stuck

I’m stuck on the mission “Spots and How to Own Them” on PS4, right at the first part where you need to do an ollie 180. I do it correctly, but the game does not register the progress. Before, it would go to a black screen and I would get kicked from the server for inactivity, now it just bugs and returns me to free skate without completing the mission. The marker also disappeared and doesn’t appear on the ground anymore, so I can’t redo it. This problem has been happening since the game’s launch, and even after several updates and maintenance patches that said they would fix this mission, it’s still exactly the same. I’ve already reinstalled the game, deleted the local save, and nothing changes, I believe the bugged progress is saved on EA’s cloud. I would like to request that you reset the progress for this mission or find a way to fix it, because it has been stuck for months and really prevents me from continuing to play.
