Remove/change area restrictions in throw down spot battles.

it feels like yall only had one obstacle at a time in mind when this mode was made, but in every other skate title a “spot” can range from one obstacle to the entire park. give us the option to put the marker on a specific obstacle with guidelines (like “do X action on/over X obstacle” format), along with the option to have no rules for an all out anything goes skate ses.
