Season 1 is a joke.

First of all the pass, terrible cosmetics, not a single brand item actually worth grinding for, I could absolutely care less to get the same basic plain black hat TWICE just on backwards. Why isn’t it an option to turn hats to begin with!? Then we get an abundance of player icons and emotes for god sakes nobody even uses the emotes for the most part. I’m also absolutely disgusted that the paywall for mediocre brand items is absurd like a $9 basic letterman jacket. $9 for a pair of vans but $10 for two Santa Cruz decks and a shirt? Where is the math at for pricing? 

Yet I still continue to play and attempt to enjoy the game because well I do like actually performing crisp tricks and lines, challenges too but it’s POINTLESS if every seasonal challenge I do doesn’t reward me for my efforts! EA get your **bleep** together. Early access I get it, maybe should’ve finished the actual game before deciding to loot our pockets with mediocracy of cosmetics and a stupid duck costume. Only took three weeks to see a name brand pair of trucks and boards that aren’t girl or chocolate.

I’m also upset with the lack of creativity and access to customization for characters. No tattoos, no jewelry, no accessories (contact lenses, piercings) but $30 and you can be a grim reaper in some stupid sandals you can’t even take off because it’s a costume. I’ve never regretted paying for a founders edition of anything so bad in my life.
