Skate o ween challenges not showing

i cannot get past the first objective on the first mission which is go to extravert and level up and now i cant even participate in the event, i was just like oh well ill complete all the event stuff in the meantime while a fix it out for the mission, nope cant even do that and it sucks so bad because i love this game, i just wanna participate bro
