Skates Challenges Are Broken / Freezing

For some reason 9x out of 10 everytime I try to start a challenge I hold Y to activate the challenge then once I click A to start it the HUD / Interface dissapear and nothing loads from there on out it’s like everything freezes except I can still skate around and free roam just can’t open map or anything until I restart the game. This seems to happen Everytime I try to do any mission or challenge making it very hard to play or complete any challenge and continue on the grind to higher levels I’m pretty much stuck free roaming.

I’m from Australia so unless they Havnt focused very hard on oceanic servers than that could be the reason otherwise I have really good internet pushing atleast 250-300mbps speeds and every other game I play works perfectly fine but as soon as try to do a challenge on skate. Everything just stops.

Please fix this EA because even after all the hate the game is getting I have really been trying to enjoy the new skate in the franchise and these connection issues and challenge bugs are really making it hard to have fun or even just play the game. I know everyone hates the online idea but I really don’t I think it’s really cool but when these problems are literally stopping me from playing the game at all that’s where I have to jump on the train with the others and say this Completely Online game is NOT WORKING. 

I have tried everything from restarting the game billions of times , restarting the Xbox series X over and over again and have restarted the modem heaps of times too there seems to be no fix to my problem so if anyone can help please let me know otherwise I’m just tuck free roaming for the whole time skates in early access
