stuck on black screen on ps5.

everytime i log on to play skate it takes me to the map after loading, i click fast travel, i click start to exit the menu it does nothing but sits on a black screen. i can hear the game i just can't visually see it. which sucks because i spent real life money on this game before it came out, started playing pre beta in april 2024 so please please fix this. i beg you!
