Textures and Map Areas Not Loading Correctly

I am experiencing a serious issue in Skate. regarding textures and map areas not loading properly. I have tested the game both on the EA App and on Steam, but the problem persists.

Description of the issue:

When moving to a nearby area, textures fail to load and some platforms appear invisible.

This makes it impossible to play certain parts of the game as intended.
