There are little squares over icons, things turn brown. Texts dissapear. Clothing changes completely. I don't know how to eplain everything, but the screenshots will probably say enough.

Well, to be completely fair. This afternoon I don't have these issues anymore. So maybe it magically fixed itself. Very weird. If they re-appear I will try re-installing.

I can definitely see the little square over icons that look like an arrow-shaped overlay you mentioned in the screenshots. Since there are many graphical issues, have you tried reinstalling the game to see if that helps?
