Tour 1: Skater Eyes Transition Skating 101

I'm having an issue where this mission isn't completing. it has 4 steps but once I complete it says to go to the same park and complete the ar program. i thought I just did, it's like it's not registering that they're done. I've tried teleporting to other players, spectating, restarting the game, restarting my ps5. nothing has worked.

if anyone knows anything please let me know I'm begging
