Tour 2 Soft Lock is ruining this game for me

I have been stuck on the Finer Grind mission for several weeks at least. This is not my first post about this issue, and I have seen many other posts, all with no responses or solutions. I am nearly level ten in all areas and cannot progress past this point. I want to believe in this game and have fun but I simply cannot get past this. I am tired of being ignored I simply want to be able to reset the mission. I'm not a dev, but I think a reset feature could fix not only this, but many other issues people face with the tours. I am infuriated and tired with this game. The fact that this is the only way of reporting issues is insane. I have posted before and my posts have gone unseen and ignored. Listen to my issues and help. While the community is awesome, I cannot bring myself to believe that a forum post will help. I have been a believer in this game for a long time, and I don't know how much longer I can support it.
