Trasher Mission is bugged

so i’m stuck on a mission called “Trasher” it’s towards the start of the game and requires you to grind off ‘bird poop’ but for some reason the bird poop just isn’t spawning in for me. 

can anybody help me out or give me some ideas on how to fix this? i’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and i don’t know what else to do.
