Unable to progress from hedgemont

Question

I have completed more than 250 challenge goals but Gullcrest Village and Market Mile are still not unlocked, I saw progress before but as soon as I reached the goal it jumped straight to zero and I cant do any of the challenges in those areas&nbsp;

I'm on the same since day 1, I can't believe how long it takes to fix these type of things, the shop works tho...
I've tried everything I think it has to do with playing on day one when the servers where clogged. A guy on X said that if you use another EA account it works but its not worth it.
